1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PeanutArts (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) where applicable; if there is a conflict regarding App Store–distributed content, Apple’s rules for that distribution channel control.

2. Service Description

PeanutArts is a digital atelier that provides AI-assisted image and video creation tools, style templates, credit-based generation, membership benefits, and related studio features. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time to improve performance, security, or legal compliance.

3. Dual Commercial Model

PeanutArts offers two App Store purchase types that may coexist in the same application:

• Consumable Credit Packs: one-time purchases that add credits to your ledger for generation and related studio usage. Credits are consumed when you run eligible tasks and are not automatically renewed.
• Auto-renewable Subscriptions: recurring memberships that unlock subscription benefits for the purchased billing period and renew automatically unless canceled.

Exact titles, durations, prices, and included benefits for each offer are shown in the app purchase UI and Apple’s payment sheet at the time of purchase. Those on-screen details form part of your purchase contract.

4. Consumable Credit Packs

• Credit Packs are sold as one-time consumable In-App Purchases through Apple StoreKit.
• After Apple confirms the transaction, credits are added to your account ledger according to the pack you selected.
• Unused credits remain associated with your account subject to the usage rules displayed in the app. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except where required by law.
• If credits fail to appear after a successful charge, use Restore / sync options in the app, or contact us through Feedback with your Apple transaction details.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

• Title & length: Subscription plan names and billing lengths (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly) are displayed in the Plans screen and confirmed on Apple’s purchase sheet before you pay.
• Price: The subscription price, billing period, and any introductory or promotional pricing are shown in the app and on Apple’s payment confirmation before purchase. Prices may vary by storefront and tax rules.
• What you get: An active subscription unlocks the membership benefits described in the Plans UI for the then-current period (for example premium access, bonus entitlements, or other studio privileges shown for that plan).
• Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown for your plan.
• How to cancel: You may manage or cancel anytime in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PeanutArts (or App Store → account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
• Restore: Use the in-app Restore Purchases control after reinstall or device change to re-sync active Apple entitlements.

6. Payments, Taxes & Refunds

• All iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Apple’s terms, tax handling, and refund policies apply to charges made through the App Store.
• Except where mandatory local law or Apple’s refund policies require otherwise, fees are non-refundable once purchase is completed.
• For refund requests related to App Store charges, contact Apple Support or use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot reverse Apple charges directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or violate any person’s privacy or publicity rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations and pursue remedies available under law.

8. Intellectual Property & Your Content

All rights in the Service—including software, designs, trademarks, templates, and underlying technology—are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful purposes under these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and adapt your content solely to provide and improve PeanutArts. AI-generated outputs may be subject to usage restrictions shown in the app. You are responsible for lawful use of outputs.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, profits, or goodwill—arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Miscellaneous

• Amendments: We may update these Terms based on business, technical, or legal requirements. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
• Governing law & disputes: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
