By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PeanutArts (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PeanutArts provides AI-powered image and video creation tools, style templates, credit-based generation, and related studio features. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to improve performance or comply with legal requirements.

3. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:

• Data processing is limited to what is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Portrait and facial effects are applied for creative purposes only; related source data is not used for identification or long-term biometric profiling.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance through your App Store account settings.
• Cancellation: You must manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple App Store policies.
• Credits: Consumable credits and packs are tied to your account and subject to the pricing and usage rules displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or violate any person's privacy or publicity rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations and pursue all remedies available under law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service—including software, designs, trademarks, templates, and underlying technology—are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and adapt your content solely to provide and improve PeanutArts. This license ends when you delete applicable content from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.

AI-generated outputs may be subject to usage restrictions described in the app. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Service and any generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, profits, or goodwill—arising from or related to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Miscellaneous

• Amendments: We may update these Terms based on business, technical, or legal requirements. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
• Governing law & disputes: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
