2. Facial & Portrait Data

• Uploaded photos are used only to apply visual and artistic effects—not for identity verification, surveillance, or biometric tracking.
• Source images are removed from our processing systems promptly after your generation task completes, unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve a support request you initiate.
• We do not sell, license, or share facial or portrait data with third parties for their own marketing or identification purposes.
